Tiffany Lester is the heart behind Pushin Petals — a creative director, mother, and visionary known for turning florals into feelings. Her journey began with her most sacred role: becoming a mother to her son, Hunter.
Through motherhood, she discovered the power of intentional conversation, emotional resilience, and leading with care — all qualities that now bloom through every bouquet she touches.
Her love for design is more than artistic; it’s spiritual. Tiffany sees flowers as a way to speak when words fall short — to soothe, to celebrate, to honor life’s biggest moments with grace and presence.
Floral design with purpose & precision
A graduate of Northwood University with a background in finance, Tiffany brings structure and strategy to every floral installation. Her attention to detail is shaped by years of hands-on training under some of Detroit’s most esteemed designers, including Renee Marie Collection, Dream Celebrations Inc., and The Top Pic Collective. Her artistry has earned national recognition including the title of Battle of the Blooms champion. She is trusted by both celebrities and corporate clients alike.

In 2022, Tiffany felt a divine pull to fully step into her calling. She gracefully exited the world of event planning to focus solely on floral artistry and emotional wellness through flowers. That same year, she launched her signature Petal Therapy™ class, The Pieces to My Petals, and authored The Floral Bible both designed to help others find healing through design.
